QUAIL LUNGS
Quail Lungs is a mysterious song writing project from cardinal human, and Portland Oregon resident Travis Bonilla; and others? Good Jarbled pop music for today. Before his "Quail Lungs" identifier he was making music for himself and by himself for years. Originally from Los Angeles County, he grew up with Dean Spunt (PPM, No Age) and they have remained friends since elementary school, they were also in punk rock bands together in high school. Quail Lungs songs are both personal and appealing, they seem to ride a line of singer / songwriter and experimental, both lyrically and structurally.
